You can hop into an RAF typhoon in Dundee next week

Excitement is building as the Royal Air Force prepares to land in Dundee's City Square next weekend, offering a jam-packed schedule of events for all ages.

Attendees at the event will have the opportunity to step into the cockpit of an RAF Typhoon for a photo opportunity and take part in fast-paced sports challenges designed to test hand-eye coordination.

First Aid and CPR workshops will provide an introduction to life-saving skills, while the marshalling challenge offers participants the chance to guide planes with the RAF Marshall team.

A survival challenge will simulate an open water scenario, testing survival instincts. Additionally, the RAF will engage with students and young people through its STEM and youth initiatives, and live music from the RAF band will be accompanied by pipe and drum demonstrations.

Whether you're an aviation enthusiast, a thrill-seeker, or simply looking for a fun day out with the family, the RAF event in Dundee promises something for everyone. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to experience the world of the Royal Air Force up close!
