Abertay University hosted its largest-ever Abertay Digital Graduate Show (ADGS), showcasing games, digital art, and emerging technology.
The event featured over 140 projects, including video games, cybersecurity innovations, virtual/augmented reality, 3D modeling, concept art, and animation. It took place across both floors of the University’s Centre for Excellence in Computer Games to accommodate the expanded showcase.
Open to the public from Thursday at 12 PM to Saturday at 4 PM, the show welcomed VIP visitors from the UK games industry, as well as schools, college groups, families, and the general public to explore and interact with the projects.
This year's show follows Abertay's recognition as the top International School for Video Games Design by the Princeton Review 2024, featuring work from students across Scotland, the UK, and internationally.
Clare Brennan, curator and lecturer in visual arts, said, “We’re thrilled to host our biggest ADGS ever, showcasing a diverse range of technical, management, and artistic skills. The projects appeal to both children and families as well as the game development community and industry professionals.”
