Pepe’s Piri Piri has just opened up a new store in Dundee at the former site of the TSB Bank on Albert Street.

The new restaurant, which is the 215th store in the UK, saw over 500 customers enter through the doors on its opening day.

The food branch already operates in Perth, Stirling and Rosyth.

The Courier reported that Pepe’s Piri Piri were looking up to open a shop in Dundee for a long time.

The restaurant can accommodate 30 diners and also offers takeaways as well.

Alongside the opening of Peri’s, the same unit on Albert Street will also be home to Fireaway Pizza.
