A major retail boost for Dundee

More than 20 leases have been renewed since the acquisition, reflecting growing confidence in the Overgate's future.
New brands coming to the centre
Several major brands have also confirmed upcoming store openings in Overgate, including:
Mango: The Catalan fashion retailer has signed a ten-year lease for a 4,081 sq. ft store, opening this spring.
Clarks: Celebrating its 200th anniversary in 2025, Clarks will open a 2,160 sq. ft store in April.
Mooboo Tea: A new concept store for the bubble tea brand has opened on the upper level.
Cinnabon: The American bakery chain, known for its cinnamon rolls, has signed a ten-year lease and is set to open this spring.

In a further boost to Overgate’s regeneration, three key existing tenants Next, Office, and TUI have extended their leases, with Next committing to a five-year extension.
