Dundee’s Roxburghe House are hosting a Time to Remember event inviting those to remember lost loved ones this Christmas

Families and friends who have lost loved ones at Dundee's Roxburghe House are invited this season to a special "Time to Remember" day.

There will be two drop-in sessions at Roxburghe House's The Sanctuary on Wednesday, December 11, from 2.30-4pm and 6-8pm.

The guests will be able to honour their loved ones by placing personal messages on the Christmas tree.

The staff of Roxburghe House, the Spiritual Care team and the Family Bereavement and Support Service will be there to greet and support participants.

Participants are invited to enter The Sanctuary by the clearly signed entrance from the car park.

Roxburghe House is a palliative care unit that provides specialist care for cancer and other patients. Attention is given to quality of life with its aim being short-term admissions to facilitate pain relief and symptom management while giving adequate support to patients and their families as they make it through their illness.

This event offers a thoughtful time to reflect, remember, and find solace in this special holiday season.

To ensure room is available, those planning to attend should contact the Family Bereavement and Support Service at Roxburghe House on 01382 423158. Indicate how many people are coming, and speak on which session time you prefer.
