The University of Dundee is set to host the 6th edition of its Festival of the Future, running from 9–13 October 2024.

This flagship festival celebrates the intersection of science, arts, and culture, and showcases how these creative collaborations can inspire and transform lives.

The theme for this year's festival is Connections, and attendees will explore the links between people and cultures, health and wellbeing, nature, technology, and ideas.

With nearly 30 events scheduled across five days and multiple venues throughout Dundee, there will be something for all ages.

The programme features a wide range of activities, including workshops, exhibitions, talks, and performances, providing opportunities to learn, create, and connect.

The festival promises to be a space for everyone to come together and celebrate the importance of connection in shaping our world. In addition, the Botanic Garden will offer free entry to visitors from 9–13 October, adding another layer to the festivities.
