A Dundee aqua park have announced their reopening date for this year.
Wild Shore Dundee at City Quay will be welcoming visitors again when it reopens on Saturday, April 5, having closed for winter.
The popular venue is reopening in time for the Easter holidays and offers a fresh range of water-based activities to locals and visitors.
This year's reopening adds an innovative new twist to the wakeboarding experience with a new cable design designed to support all levels of riders.
A single cable will be completely obstacle-free, giving beginner and intermediate riders a ride on smooth waters.
Experienced wakeboarders, on the other hand, are offered the opportunity to challenge a redesigned obstacle course on the second cable.
The popular 'Dusk at the Dock' sessions, where wakeboarders get to enjoy three continuous five-minute sets in the late evening, will be returning for the season. A wonderful way to experience the water against the city twilight horizon.
Since its launch in 2018, Wild Shore Dundee has been the biggest attraction at City Quay, doubling in size again in 2021 to its current size.
The attraction is part of a broader chain of Wild Shore waterparks that the business also operates in East Lothian and Chester.
With the warmer season ahead, Wild Shore Dundee's launch will send shockwaves through families and thrill-seekers eager to find a vibrant way to enjoy the city waterway.
