Here is what has been announced by the two museums, operated by Dundee Heritage Trust:

Verdant Works Museum

23 & 24 November, 11am–5pm

Verdant Works will host a Christmas Market with over 15 local stallholders, showcasing handmade goods and seasonal treats. The Dundee Community Youth Orchestra, The Noteables choir, and the newly formed New Dundee Choir That Doesn’t Have a Name Yet will provide live performances throughout the weekend.

Visitors can also enjoy the museum’s freshly launched Christmas menu at the cafe. Entry to the museum will be “pay what you can” for market-goers, making this an accessible holiday outing.

7–22 December, Weekends Only

Get ready for Mischief in the Mill with Afternoon Tea with the Grinch! Visitors can join the Grinch for a playful afternoon tea filled with his favourite festive treats.

Mischief abounds as the Grinch takes over Verdant Works for this unique holiday experience. Tickets for this event must be booked in advance, with various time slots available.

Discovery Point

Discovery Point kicks off the season with a Christmas Market featuring local stallholders, festive food, drinks, and entertainment. Like Verdant Works, the museum will offer “pay what you can” entry for the Market weekend, encouraging everyone to enjoy this holiday community gathering.
