Dundee's Clark's Bakery is selling a limited-edition new treat that is sure to send fans of The Simpsons into a craze: a special range of doughnuts inspired by the iconic pink-frosted snack famously enjoyed by Homer Simpson.
The baker, which is known for providing traditional Scottish fare well into the night, has shaped these doughnuts in honour of the longest-running animated series.
Each doughnut is topped off with bright pink icing and smoothened over with colorful toppings, just like in the classic design from the hit television show.
Taking to their socials, Clark’s Bakery filmed the production of the doughnut and said:
“D’oh! You don’t want to miss this one… Our latest creation is straight out of Springfield – a fluffy ring doughnut, dipped in vibrant pink icing and topped with sprinkles!It’s the ultimate treat for doughnut lovers and Simpson’s fans alike. Grab one while they last!”
The themed doughnuts will hit shelves for only a limited period, adding a splash of much-needed nostalgia to the already highly popular selection of sweet treats at Clark's Bakery.
The special edition goodies are available to buy from Clark's Bakery stores in Dundee for both die-hard fans of The Simpsons and doughnut enthusiasts, while stocks last.
