Dundee has secured its representation at this year's Baftas thanks to the amazing work of Dundonians Brian Cox and Neil Forsyth who have been nominated for their respective works.
Cox is up for Lead Actor for his portrayal of Logan Roy in the hit HBO show Succession. He is joined by the likes of Dominic West and Steve Coogan who were also nominated in the category.
The Gold which was created and produced by Dundonian Neil Forsyth has also been nominated this year, and is up for Best Drama Series alongside Happy Valley, Slow Horses and Top Boy.
Speaking of The Gold's nomination, Neil Forsyth took to X/Twitter and said that he was "over the moon" to see the show nominated.
The Baftas take place on 12 May 2024 in London, and will be televised and streamed on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
